During this 3 hour experience, you’ll master the art of cake assembly—from cutting your cake rounds and stacking layers with luscious frosting and colorful crumbs to transforming cake scraps into delectable Milk Bar Birthday Cake Truffles—all while enjoying light bites, mingling with industry leaders, and sharing ideas ahead of BFCM.
