In Q4, we focused on driving buyer acquisition ahead of the holiday season, then pivoted in Q1 to attract sellers during the post-holiday closet cleanout period. Simple, product-centric ads emerged as top performers, with creative variety — like grids, collages, lifestyle footage, close-ups, and textured visuals — playing a key role in driving results. By scaling these strategies efficiently, we not only met performance goals but also laid the foundation to expand into additional marketing channels.
