Launching Touchland’s Body Mist with AI Creative and a Full-Funnel Strategy
Touchland was preparing to launch its new Body Mist line, expanding beyond its well-known Hand Mist products. To stand out in a competitive fragrance market, the brand needed a high-impact campaign that would build excitement, generate engagement, and drive conversions. The campaign needed to not only capture the essence of each unique scent but also introduce Toucland into the fragrance market.
WITHIN created an immersive campaign that brought each of the eight Body Mist scents to life through 3D virtual worlds inspired by their fragrance notes. These virtual destinations, including Honolulu, Joshua Tree, and Montauk, connected back to a sweepstakes, where consumers could enter for a chance to experience these locations in real life. The campaign was designed to sustain momentum — starting with teaser content to build anticipation, then revealing a new scent’s world every other day to keep audiences engaged and returning to the site.
In addition to organic social efforts, WITHIN executed a full-funnel paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and creator partnerships. The campaign combined broad reach efforts to boost brand awareness with targeted digital ads, search engine marketing, and e-commerce activations to drive direct sales. Existing Touchland customers were also re-engaged, introducing Body Mist as the perfect complement to the brand’s Hand Mist products.
The campaign successfully introduced Touchland’s Body Mist line into the competitive fragrance market while driving strong consumer engagement. The “Move Your Mood” sweepstakes delivered a 34% conversion rate and significantly increased CRM sign-ups, expanding Touchland’s customer pipeline for future marketing initiatives.
